1. GENERAL

The entry instructions form part of the terms. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms.

In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, these terms will prevail. Our decision is final in relation to promotional matters and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Promoter is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited.

The promotion is open to Bestway Wholesale account holders within Great Britain aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Promoter, their group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion and any member of their respective immediate families.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winners and ask for proof of purchase, identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the prizes or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.

2. ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION

Promotion opens at 00:00 on 04/07/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 25/07/2025. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible to win a prize.

Automatic entry into prize draw with every purchase of 1 x 12 can case of Costa Coffee Classic 250ml cans AND 1 x 12 can case of Costa Coffee Caramel 250ml cans (SKU 819727 and SKU 819726 respectively) from Bestway Wholesale in depot or online (subject to availability) during the Promotion Period. 2 cases MUST be purchased in one transaction to be entered into this promotion.

Only one entry per retailer, per day during the Promotion Period.

Entrants must have a valid Bestway Wholesale account.

3. WINNERS

Winners will be drawn at random by an independent third party within 3 working days of the closing date from all valid entries.

Winners will be notified within 3 working days of the prize draw either by phone or email as per details on the winner’s Bestway Wholesale account. For those prizes that require additional personal information it is the responsibility of the winner to provide this within 4 days prior to the festival date (before 4th August 2025) days of winner notification. Otherwise, an alternative winner will be drawn at random.

Winners must agree to confirm their postal address, email address and full name with the Promoter’s promotional partner as necessary for the prize to be fulfilled within 10 days of the prize winner notification.

The Promoter cannot be held responsible for Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.


4. THE PRIZES

Details of the prizes available to be won include 2 winners of:

  • 2 x General Admission tickets to Boardmasters Festival on Fri 8th - Sun 10th Aug
  • A double bed and breakfast hotel stay at Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa, Newquay during the festival (Thursday 7th August 2025 check-in and Monday 11th August 2025 check-out)
  • A physical £250 visa gift card, posted to the winner

Any additional terms in respect of such prizes are set out below.


5. PRIZE TERMS

Other terms apply for the ticket fulfilment:

  • The tickets are prebooked for the full festival period.
  • To claim, the winner’s full name and guest full name will need to be shared for the booking details by 4th August 2025 (4 days before the festival)
  • The tickets will be emailed to the winner.
  • The tickets will be registered to the winner name and guest name only.

Other terms apply as follows for the hotel fulfilment:

  • The hotel room is pre-booked as a double room with breakfast.
  • To claim, the winner’s full name and guest full name will need to be shared for the booking details by 4th August 2025 (3 days before check in)
  • The room is booked for Thursday 7th August check in from 3pm and Monday 11th August check out by 10am. Any late check in requirements can be discussed upon claiming but will be subject to availability and additional charges the hotel may apply must be covered by the winner.
  • The room type can only be changed if the request is made upon claiming the prize for circumstances such as requirements for a disabled room, or a larger room if the prize winner agrees to pay the incremental cost. These changes will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by the Promoter

Other terms apply for the gift card fulfilment:

  • The gift card will be for the total amount of £250
  • There are no restrictions to how the total is spent.
  • To claim, the winner must supply their full name and postal address to receive the physical gift card via Royal Mail post by 4th August 2025 (4 days before the festival).
  • The gift card will be posted and delivered prior to the festival.

6. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE

Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is not transferable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute as fraud.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

Prizes will be either: (a) sent to the winner’s home address (if a physical prize); or (b) sent to the winner’s email address (if an eGift Card/voucher or ticket); within 3 days of confirming their details to the Promoter’s promotional partner.

The Promoter’s promotional partner may re-arrange the delivery of the prize, if delivery has been unsuccessful, at its sole discretion.

Following delivery, the Promoter and promotional partners are not liable for quality issues or product lifecycle limitations that may arise from any prize.

8. LIABILITY

The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions as a consequence of events beyond its reasonable control including without limitation, any failure of communication networks and any closure of participating stores or interruption in supplies or of any other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.

9. DATA PROCESSING

All personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion and prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of each participant.

For the purposes of this promotion, the Bestway Wholesale and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners GB will be joint controllers. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that the processing of your personal data may be necessary for us to fulfil our obligations in respect of the promotion and to enable you to enter the promotion and/or to claim any prize you may win. You confirm and warrant that all data provided by you for these purposes are accurate.

By entering the promotion each entrant gives the Promoter permission to publish their surname and county of residence if they are a winner of one of the prizes as required by regulators (including the Advertising Standards Authority) and/or other law enforcement authorities.

Winners’ names and counties will be available within 3 months of the closing date by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to ‘Bestway x CCEP Promotion 2025’ Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Pemberton House, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ. Please do not send correspondence to this address.

Please refer to the CCEP privacy notice for more information as to how CCEP will process and protect your data. CCEP may collect and process the following data for fulfilment of physical prizes: name, contact number, address, email address, date of birth and county of residence. CCEP will not retain any personal data collect as part of the promotion for more than 60 days after the end of the promotional period.

If you exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data prior to the end of the promotion, your participation may be cancelled.
